Daniel Marshall
Field Operations Manager / Partner
Daniel was business minded from the start. With a foundation of trades knowledge, particularly in roofing, he started his own company in his late teens with his brother Jesse and a buddy. He eventually moved on professionally to sales and distribution, supporting his growing family and his thrill for outdoor Mountain sports. He now lives in Johnson with his three daughters, his girlfriend Samantha, her three daughters, and their two dogs.
Jesse Marshall
Partner
Jesse has worked in contractor trades since a young age, and with guidance from a variety of seasoned builders and roofers over the years, has refined his skill with metal and slate to an art. He brings his experience, attention to detail, and general determination to the team. Jesse values a job-done-well and works diligently to ensure the quality of every project.
Jesse grew up working hard to learn his trade and support his penchant for adventure. After traveling across the country and backpacking around Central and South America, Jesse moved to Washington State. He returned to Vermont in 2011 to reconnect with his roots, settling down with his childhood sweetheart and raising two daughters and a small hobby farm in Montgomery where he grew up.
